Look, if you want to get a serious answer you should avoid the 98% of the things you said, since you look like a waste of time. But I'm giving you the choice: if you want to receive an easy, understandable answer about all the things you said in your reply, I'll do it. Maybe it will be an example of how to deal with emotionally unstable people. If you're just here for the flame, I prefer to drop this here and now.

Yes, it was pretty obvious but I didn't want to arise some confusion there, so i specified as clearly as I could.

About the part about the fan work, I cannot see it in a way that is acceptable for  threereasons:
First, surely it's not a matter of few minutes to take a tileset and modify a bit, but I'm pretty sure that it takes longer to come up with a new tileset with few differences (and I'm sorry to say this, but this tileset is so similar to the original Zelda that I cannot believe that it took so much time to work on it.
Second, when I read Zelda style I image a tileset with similarities with the original game, not a recolor with some small, different details. It's just not right. If this is acceptable I can take the tileset from Pokemon Red, recolour it and sell it at 10$ and I would sell it like bread, because it's loved by everyone. It's not right, it's not creative, it's not safe with everyone,
and here is the third point: Nintendo is pretty famous for taking down every single project that shares some details with their game. Even if you make free project there is always the risk. And yes, maybe you don't care because you know that your project will arguably be noticed by Nintendo, but a 6$ tileset that can get you nowhere is just wrong.

Is a fan-made tileset? Give it free.

You spend 6$ for something that is too close to the original game? Take the tileset from the original game, it requires like 2 min and you're done. 6 dollars are not worth 2 minutes.

Hello. First of all, this is clearly ripped from Zelda. Every single person with a pair of functioning eyes could tell the same, it's so obvious that it's not even an opinion, it's a fact. Just look at the trees, the sand, the brushes, the pavements... hell, even some stages look exactly the same. There are differences? Yes, of course, no one would steal without changing something. The problem is that the differences are so minimal that Nintendo would copyright strike every game made with this assets as soon as possible.

And, my friendly stranger, that is not my asset. If you want to make a free fan-game based on Zelda is just a little riddicoulous spending 6$ when there are sites that can give the pretty same for free.
"""Earning""" money like this is honestly disgusting.

Here a little proof for the skepticals:

It's bound to happen. Such cool and badass characters won't go to waste, it's just a matter of time, and I can't wait to see what will you create next ; )

Dude, I cannot express how much appealing and cool these characters pack are. Your work is so sublimely done that I'm appalled by the lack of succesful indie games with your assets. If I'll ever find the right story and background for a neon sci-fi game, your packs will be undoubtely my first choice.

If you want to save 6 dollars just go here to have this asset completely free!
